I knew I would be a therapist
when I was just a kid…

Now I’ve got 20 years under my belt and a
breadth of experience to fuel that passion.

At work.

My clientele has spanned a range from adoptive parents to Burning Man participants. My style is relational and solutions-focused but I am deft at tailoring my approach to meet your specific needs.

You can count on me to be well-versed in working with life transitions, stress and anxiety, depression, parenting, and childhood challenges. I love helping people explore who they are and find their niche in the world and my skill set includes gender care as well as launching young adults.

I have specialized training in cognitive behavioral therapy, structural family therapy, attachment-based intervention, motivational interviewing, and dialectical behavioral therapy.

I identify white/cis/hetero/female and I strive to maintain awareness of how these identities show up in the therapeutic relationship.

At home.

I’m mom to an awesome rainbow-haired skateboarder artist kid and married to a DJ game designer. I’ve lived in SF since 2003 and have built an epic community here. When I’m off-duty as a therapist, I can be found making jewelry for my Etsy shop, running on Bernal Hill, dancing at Asiento, dining at Crafty Fox, spectating at the Potrero del Sol skate park, or kicking back with friends at Bare Bottle.
